GUEST POLICIES & FEES 

• Registration and Fees: All guests must register and pay a fee to WAC each time they use the facilities. 
• Availability and Restrictions: Guest privileges are subject to availability and age restrictions. WAC reserves the right to limit the number of guests a member may bring and the number of times a particular guest may use WAC facilities. 
  
• Member Responsibility: Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. 
• Guest Hours: Guests are not accepted after 8 PM. 
• Usage Restrictions: WAC reserves the right to restrict guest usage and hours of operation at any time. Facility availability is at the manager’s discretion. 
• ID Requirements: All guests aged 14 and older must show a valid ID upon entry. School ID (school ID on the phone or card), Driver’s License, ID card, Passport or Military ID. 

Waiver for Minors: Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent, guardian or the parent of the friend they are a guest of sign their guest waiver in person on the day of the visit. 

• The signing adult must be 21 or older to complete the waiver. The adult assumes full liability for the health and safety of their guest and must provide proof of age, 21 years or older, upon request; otherwise, the guest will not be permitted to use WAC. 
  Supervision for Younger Guests: Guests aged 13 and under must be under direct supervision at all times. If the supervising adult is not a member, a waiver and guest fee will be required. 
   
  WAIVER INSTRUCTIONS 



• Print Waiver: Print the waiver and fill out the top section. 
• In Club Waiver: Fill waiver out at the WAC. 
• Signature Requirement: The signature must be done in person. 
• ID: Please bring a valid ID for verification.
