Yoga Instructor
Join in the fun and excitement of being on the inaugural team of the brand-new Windsor Athletic Club located adjacent to Lake Windsor Country Club! WAC is a 72,000 sq. ft. full-service fitness/athletic facility. The club features well-equipped 24/7 strength and cardio areas with locker room/shower access, a 5-lane lap pool, 2 group exercise studios with live and virtual classes, a HIIT studio, 3 full-size basketball courts that function as volleyball and pickleball courts as well, an indoor soccer field, 3-lane indoor track, whirlpool, infrared saunas, golf simulators, child care, and cafe.
We are looking for charismatic, experienced, and certified instructors to deliver best-in-class group exercise classes that drive member participation and satisfaction.

Group Exercise Instructor
Reports to: Group Fitness Director
Key Skills:
• Ability to lead motivating, engaging, safe classes to participants of varying fitness levels and ability
• Maintains safety as a priority
• Understands that the fitness environment requires a different approach than a dedicated yoga studio
• Ability to engage and connect with a diverse audience
• Driven to learn, accept feedback and grow professionally
• Team player who puts members’ needs first
• Independent thinker who operates with a collaborative mindset
• Demonstrates courage, empathy, and compassion
Requirements:
• RYT 200-hour or 500-hour preferred
• Flexible schedule with several days and times available
• CPR & AED certification
• Minimum of one year teaching experience
Schedule:
• Early morning shift
• Mid-morning shift
• Afternoon shift
• Evening shift

Our ideal candidate is self-driven and responsible.
Shifts are 8am-12pm and 4-8pm. Currently most hours available are 4-8 pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.
