  • Classic Series

    These are the hallmark programs found on most group fitness schedules. They are for any age and ability.

    • Les Mills : BODYPUMP & Les Mills CORE
    • Les Mills On-Demand: BODYCOMBAT, Les Mills DANCE
    • Kickboxing (coming in the future)
    • Dance: Zumba, WERQ
    • Cycling –In the Zone, Cycling – Freedom Rider
    • TRX Strength – Performance Series
    • Conquer30 – Performance Series

  • Studio Series

    For the participant who enjoys the studio or boutique feel:

    • Yoga: yin (restorative) and vinyasa (flowing, exhilarating)
    • Warrior Sculpt: yoga with hand weights, combining strength with yoga (coming in the future)
    • Les Mills BODYBALANCE – yoga fusion
    • Barre (coming in the future)
    • Pilates Mat
    • Recovery & injury prevention classes

  • Age-LESS Series

    This programming is geared for our active agers but is not chair-based. These classes are also appropriate for participants returning from an injury or just getting into exercise for the first time:


    • Functional Strength: focus on fall prevention-balance & gait, agility, lots of hip & lower body strength
    • Low-Impact Cardio
    • Tai Chi (coming in the future)
    • Aqua
