Bryce Duffy

My name is Bryce Duffy. I recently graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and a passion for fitness that I found through collegiate athletics. I love helping people achieve their personal goals whether it's improving athletic performance, building strength or enhancing overall health. I am a new personal trainer but I have a commitment to clients success and a love for training.

I follow a personalized approach, each workout and exercises to fit individual needs helping to achieve their long term goals. I feel confident working with an athlete looking to push their full potential, or someone who is just starting their fitness journey. I aim to provide for an array of people and meet them where they are, as well as help them get to where they want to go.

Keanu Westphal

Keanu Westphal

Keanu Westphal is a lively trainer whose takes a challenge head on. He began lifting in high school, opting out physical education and choosing strength and conditioning. He continued to take strength and conditioning classes at Madison College, finding his true passions; calisthenics and behavior. Keanu is a behavioral therapist when he is not personal training. He works closely with his clients as a therapist bettering their daily lives, including physical health. Teaching people that exercising is fun but also beneficial. He worked with personal trainers to teach correct forms, achievable goals, and motivation for his clients. On weekends, Keanu volunteers at a running group with individuals on the spectrum. To relax, he spends time with recreational sports, like softball, dodgeball, and kickball. You can also find him floating on the lakes, doing yoga and calisthenics on his paddleboard. When training, he takes the philosophical approach on training the body helps train the mind. He hopes to continue to strive for his own goals: to be the best version of himself. Keanu brings compassion and empathy to understanding his client’s needs.

Sara Schmitz

Sara Schmitz

Hi, my name is Sara. I'm a wife, mother of five and a grandmother of three (so far). I started my fitness journey about 23 years ago when I opened my business as an In-home daycare provider chasing kids all day long. After giving birth to twin boys, shortly followed by treatments for Thyroid cancer, I decided I had to get my life and health in order. I started working out, sometimes on my own and other times in a gym, which not only helped me look better but feel better too. In 2012, I was approached about teaching water aerobics, so I attended classes and earned my credentials to coach classes called Water in Motion which I taught for a few years at the YMCA in Madison. I joined a local fitness facility in 2010. I worked myself into helping with coaching a few classes now and again, and a few years ago (through a lot of encouragement) I decided to pursue becoming a personal trainer so I could help more people at a personal level. I enrolled in the class through the National Academy of Sports Medicine earning my certification as a Personal Trainer in 2023. I absolutely love helping people. It gives me great satisfaction to help someone see their potential and to achieve their health goals, however that looks for them. My ultimate goal in life is to be that 90-year-old great-grandmother who can keep up with everyone else because quality of life really matters to me. Hopefully I can help you do that too.

Currently at Windsor Athletic Club I coach aqua fitness Monday, Wednesday nights 5:45-6:30pm, Saturday mornings 9:30-10:15am, and Conquer30 Thursday mornings 5:30-6:00am! I am also certified to coach spin cycling.

Kaycee Meiners

My name is Kaycee Meiners, and I am thrilled to be a part of the Windsor Athletic Club team and work alongside you to achieve your fitness goals!

I recently graduated from Michigan Technological University with a degree in Exercise Science and minors in both Public Health and Pre-Health Professions. During college, I competed as a Division II volleyball player for five successful seasons, where I developed a deep understanding of teamwork, dedication, and the importance of physical fitness.

I have been accepted into a Doctor of Physical Therapy program and will begin that journey in May! My passion for health, fitness, and injury prevention has been shaped by my own personal experiences as an athlete and my academic background. I'm excited to bring my knowledge and enthusiasm to help you build strength, improve overall health, and feel your best.
